Argon purification machine

This purification machine is specifically designed for direct reading spectrometers. When the purity of the raw argon gas is ≥ 99.9%, the purification process uses a non evaporative zirconium aluminum 16 absorber as the purification agent. At a certain temperature, the absorber can form stable compounds or solid solutions with O2, N2, H2, CO, CO2, CH4, etc. in the argon gas, thereby achieving the purpose of refining the argon gas.

The argon purification machine adopts a special structure, which has the advantages of large contact area, low resistance, high purification efficiency, and low thermal power loss. This device uses an adsorption dryer to deeply dehydrate argon gas, which can be used in conjunction with zone melting silicon furnaces for laser, sputtering, semiconductor production, gas chromatography, direct reading spectrometer, special light bulb rare metal processing, and other production technology fields that require ultra-high purity argon gas.
