Application matters of high-purity helium gas: Gas purification equipment manufacturers tell you!
Nowadays, the application of gases is becoming increasingly widespread, and their presence can be seen in both industry and our daily lives. High purity helium gas should be depressurized using YQY-12 or 152IN-125 pressure reducers before use. Before use, soap water should be used to leak the gas pipeline to ensure that it does not leak. Ensure that helium gas does not leak and the workplace is well ventilated.
When the helium content increases and the oxygen content drops below 19.5%, patients first experience accelerated breathing, lack of concentration, and ataxia; Subsequently, fatigue, weakness, restlessness, nausea, vomiting, coma, convulsions, and death occurred.
The packaged gas cylinders all have a service life, and any expired gas cylinders must be sent to a department for safety inspection before they can continue to be used. When using exhaust gas in each bottle of helium, the residual pressure inside the bottle should be kept at 0.5 MPa, and the residual pressure should not be lower than 0.25 MPa. The bottle valve should be closed to ensure gas quality and safe use.
On the other hand, there are strict operating procedures for the transportation and application of gas cylinders. They should be classified and stacked, and should not be placed near open flames or heat sources. They should be kept away from fire, oil or wax, exposed to direct sunlight, thrown, or bumped. It is strictly prohibited to ignite or arc on gas cylinders, and rough loading and unloading are strictly prohibited. Short distance movement of helium gas cylinders should be carried out using cylinder specific handcarts, while long-distance movement of cylinders should be carried out using dangerous goods transport vehicles.
