Introduction

This equipment uses industrial common gas as raw material gas, which is subjected to catalytic cooling, secondary adsorption, and precision filtration to remove impurities, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and dust, and obtain high-purity oxygen.


This device has a simple structure, good system airtightness, and the catalyst used (the working temperature can be adjusted according to the impurity content of the raw gas) can be used for a long time without regeneration. The two-stage double tower parallel structure dryer extends the dryer regeneration time, and the regeneration setting cycle can be set arbitrarily within 48 hours or run according to the self written program, which is energy-saving and efficient, and maximizes the quality of pure gas. The high-efficiency adsorbent can be reused after regeneration in the product. Suitable for major production sectors such as semiconductors, optical fibers, and cathode ray tubes that require a large amount of high-purity oxygen.


The fully automatic purification equipment has a touch panel for one click start and stop operation, with simple and clear operation. There are two working groups for the device, which work alternately and are used in a cyclic manner. One set of work and the other set of regenerative cooling backup. The reactor operates at room temperature for a long time without heating during the drying process. The corresponding panel touch screen can view the hardware composition of the device, operation introduction, observation, monitoring of the working status of the workgroup, regeneration status of the regeneration group, working time of the workgroup, switching time, total working time of the device, regeneration heating time, and alarm information status.


This device runs according to a self written program, and a selection control button is added to the operation panel to autonomously select the regeneration cycle, eliminating resource waste. All data is collected on the control touch screen, and sound and light warnings can be issued for abnormal pressure and temperature, prompting inspection. The PLC outputs 485 protocol and can be remotely controlled through connection.


Adopting a split design, the mechanical part of the open pipeline and the electrical control part of the explosion-proof cabinet are installed. A sealed junction box is added to the power supply part of the on-site equipment, and the hard pipe is connected to the electrical control box. The regenerated blowing gas is externally connected to a relatively high outdoor location for discharge.


Install a pneumatic valve at the inlet of the cooling water to automatically open the regeneration process, with a regeneration water consumption of less than 0.1m3/h


The outline drawing of the equipment should be sketched first and confirmed by the purchaser before production can be scheduled to ensure similarity in appearance. Details should not be marked to avoid conflicts in pipe routing.
