The fully automatic argon and carbon dioxide gas distribution equipment is equipped with imported high-pressure hoses, and each inlet end is centrally connected to a unique outlet end. The outlet end is equipped with a sampling port and an unqualified gas discharge port. The pressure of the gas that needs to be mixed is measured and controlled by various high-precision digital gas pressure sensors, achieving the control of the gas injection amount to match the percentage content of the mixed gas. Each gas that needs to be proportioned is composed of a high-pressure pneumatic valve and a pressure sensor. When the set pressure is reached, the valve automatically closes, stopping the input of gas. The proportioning is automatically controlled by PLC, and the touch screen displays the proportioning process and parameters in real time. Pressure proportioning has the following advantages and is mainly used for high flow proportioning.
1. The gas volume ratio is large and the pressure is high, so it can directly ratio steel cylinder gas.
2. The accuracy of pressure sensors can reach up to 0.1%, and the valve distribution error is extremely small.
3. The control program is simple and runs automatically after setting parameters.
4. The relative flow ratio of the proportioning cabinet is cheaper.
5. The program is designed with any input box, allowing for independent setting of gas composition and pressure adjustment
