Fully automatic methane air distribution equipment

This device uses high-purity air and methane as a single gas to prepare gas comparison gas, with fully automatic control and low-pressure gas distribution (after gas distribution is completed, it is verified by a methane analyzer and stored in a touch screen database, and can complete various mixed standard gases within the explosive limit, such as about 0.2-60%, with calibration gas, and complete the complex gas distribution process with simple operation. It comes with a pressure detection system that repeatedly verifies the static pressure of the gas, completely eliminating the disadvantages of pressure sensor reaction delay and lag, and exerting its best characteristics). After gas distribution is completed, it is pressurized by a boosting system and directly packaged in gas cylinders

Before filling the gas cylinder, residual gas needs to be vented, and after connecting it to the filling port, it needs to be vacuumed.
