Nitrogen production system

The AZQ series ammonia decomposition device decomposes ammonia under certain conditions to obtain a mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. The gas produced by this method is a good reducing protective gas, which can be widely used in the semiconductor and electrical industry, metallurgical industry, machinery industry, glass industry, and other production and research departments that require a protective atmosphere.

The FC series gas purification device adsorbs, dries, and filters ammonia decomposition gas to remove residual ammonia, water vapor, and dust from hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gases, thereby achieving purification.

Core components: Well selected materials, positioned as high-end domestic and international components: Southwest Institute catalyst, Swiss heat-resistant tube, German F V pneumatic valve, Siemens PLC, UOP molecular sieve from the United States, and Gongbao temperature controller are safety barriers for equipment operation.
